The Haven's Event Space

The Haven space is a special events venue to hold your most celebratory gatherings. Located on Warm Springs Road & 7th Street in Ketchum, this once restaurant has now become something even more special.

We're now offering small businesses the opportunity to hold presentations, staff meetings, etc. Family and friend celebrations and reunions, holiday and year-round cocktail parties, as well as private, intimate events. Weather dependent, The Haven deck is available as an expanded space. The Haven has many resources to accommodate events including bar packages, sample food menus, and cocktail fare. 

Space Rental (Lectures, Presentations & Gatherings)

  • $100 for 2 hour rental, additional hours @ $50 an hour, additional deposit of $50 for cleaning

*Cleaning deposit will be absorbed if space rental is not returned in original condition

  • This includes rental of the space only including tables and stools seating upwards of 30 persons
  • Rentals available: 50+ wine and cocktail glasses, 24+ champagne flutes, 30+ large plates – small plates, linen napkins, 3 water/signature cocktail receptacles, 2 tubs for wine/beer (small)
  • Staff: labor dependent on size of party @ $35 an hour
  • Catering: Food available upon request
  • Indoor space holds 20-30 persons for dinner/daytime events, if tables moved 20-50 person cocktail party, with the addition of the deck 20-75 person cocktail party
  • Alcohol options available

House Party Rental (Space Rental included)

  • $1000 minimum for private party rental + $100 cleaning deposit

*Cleaning deposit will be absorbed if space rental is not returned in original condition

  • This includes haven home space and in house rentals, upon use of these items a cleaning staff will be suggested and added to the total bill
  • Rentals available: 50+ wine and cocktail glasses, 24+ champagne flutes, 30+ large plates – small plates, linen napkins, 3 water/signature cocktail receptacles, 2 tubs for wine/beer (small)

*Anything additional to these rentals can be sourced

  • Staff: labor dependent on size of party @ $35 an hour
  • Catering: $1000 is applied to the food and beverage menu, additions of menu items will increase minimum and amount of staff needed dependent on the party scenario
  • Indoor space holds 20-30 persons for dinner/daytime events, if tables moved 20-50 person cocktail party, with the addition of the deck 20-75 person cocktail party
  • Alcohol options available
