Prior to the food truck, I always thought Ketchum needed to fill a void of affordable dinners in town. My first vision was several moms and ladies getting together – drinking wine of course – and making meals for the month, whether it be for family or just themselves.
Today this week my dreams came true! And The Haven Supper club was born!
Several months ago, over mucho amounts of red wine, I pitched my new idea to cousins’ Brooks and Barclay Thompson. They assisted with the business brains of the operation along with helpful suggestions. Their inspiration game me the courage to just go for it. Shortly after the wine wore off, I made a call to my web designer, Clay Davidson and proposed this bonkers idea. He’s still helping with me and this post to date – so that is re-assuring.
After one week, the haven supper club has 6 customers, not bad for word of mouth PR! However I can feel the snowball starting to form, and not just from our awesome 9 inches on the mountain yesterday!
How does it work you ask?
Can’t wait to have you as a member, and thanks to all who support the haven and have helped make my dream come true!
