SUMMER Supper Club

Its time to get started on our Summer supper club.  First day to order for this fabulous treat is Friday June 3rd, for your pickup on Monday June 6th.  At this time of year we understand that it is all about Barbeques, and also that everyone is the best at that.

Therefore the haven attempts not to take over your kitchen, but to assist you with the process.  We encourage you to buy your grill-able meats, fish, and veggies but use us to spice it up.  This summer we will be setting you up with Herb butters for your veggies and fish, chipotle butters for corn and red meat, and chimichurri - might I just say - to put on everything.

Also.... Plan on a picnic in the park? symphony?  Order our salads and sides for a quick picnic, healthful lunch, or just a beautiful side dish to any event.  Please note that you may also place special orders for bigger parties that you intend to host.

HERB BUTTER

1 stick salted butter (softened)

1 tbsp Lemon Zest

1 tsp Rosemary, dill, parsley, sage (1 each)

1 tsp cracked pepper

In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients until smooth.  For easier service set up in a log form on parchment paper and roll into a cylinder, refrigerate, and as you need cut a medallion for any of your grilled proteins and vegetables.
